What to Expect

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in financial planning and decision-making processes.

What you’ll do

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
• Assist with other finance-related projects as required.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 3 years of professional finance experience, preferably in a similar role &  from the Architecture/Construction/Real Estate sector. 
• Experience with financial software applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. 
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus. 
• Strong analytical and data-gathering skills. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Expected Compensation: Rs. 2.80 – 4.00 Lacs per Annum commensurate
