What to Expect

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

What you’ll do

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage project resources effectively. 
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. 
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. 
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. 
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. 
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
•  Assist with other finance-related projects as required.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 6 years of professional project management or a related role & from the Architecture/Construction/Real Estate sector. 
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g.Autocad) 
• Proficiency in project management software 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits

• Expected Compensation: Rs. 7.00 – 9.00 Lacs per Annum commensurate
