We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

What you’ll do

• Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. 
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant marketing materials that align with brand messaging and goals.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. 
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to support integrated marketing efforts. 
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
• Brand Building: Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all platforms and communications.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of successful campaign execution. 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

• Expected Compensation: Rs. 3.5 – 4.00 Lacs per Annum commensurate
