Our Story
Founded in 1987, we began with false ceilings and insulation before expanding into turnkey projects, leading us to raised access floors. By 1994, we became India’s first and sole RAF manufacturers. In 2009, we established AET Flexiblespace Pvt Ltd for project execution, followed by AET Building Products India Pvt Ltd in 2012 for manufacturing in Ahmedabad.

Meet the Directors
Mr. Mustufa Rasiwala
Mustufa is a raised floor evangelist with over three decades of experience in the manufacturing of raised floors and sales. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from M.S. University Baroda, Mr. Mustufa launched his successful career with prestigious organizations such as Alfa Laval, BeardSell Insulation, and Lloyd Insulation. In 1987, he became an entrepreneur and pioneered the introduction of access floors in India.
Mustufa’s dedication to quality and excellence has driven him to bring cutting-edge technology and the latest concepts to the company’s product portfolio. He played a key role in introducing Armaflex to India in the year 2000 and has since spearheaded numerous successful insulation projects.
A proponent of green building concepts, Mustufa stays at the forefront of industry trends, consistently making crucial and innovative additions to FLEXI’s offerings. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its portfolio with services such as Underfloor Air Distribution (UFAD) Air Flow Management (AFM) and Critical Environment Cleaning, solidifying FLEXI’s reputation as a leader in the raised floor ecosystem. Mustufa’s passion for quality and forward-thinking mindset continue to drive FLEXI’s growth and success.
Mrs. Nusrat Rasiwala
Nusrat is a strategic leader in critical environments and serves as FLEXI’s dynamic Director of Operations. Her meticulous attention to detail and precise approach to her role are backed by her strong academic background. Having accomplished a bachelor’s degree in microbiology and a master’s degree in analytical and medicinal chemistry, she began her early career at reputed organizations of The Taj Group and Hindustan Ciba Geigy, bringing on a wealth of experience from the Food and Pharmaceutical industry.
Having worked in collaboration with her husband for over 30 years now, Nusrat’s experience in project management and administration ensures: seamless efficiency and high standards across all areas of operations. Her prestigious CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional) and CDCS (Certified Data Center Specialist) certifications highlight her technical expertise in AFM and Critical Environment, establishing her as a leading authority and a reliable resource for expert consultation.
Nusrat’s focus on precision and excellence propels FLEXI’s innovative solutions by overseeing all verticals, including: Raised Floors, Power Distribution, Air Flow Management (AFM), Critical Environment, and Underfloor Air Distribution (UFAD). Her commitment to operational excellence enhances FLEXI’s standing as a leader in the raised floor ecosystem. Nusrat’s resilience, and firm belief in continuous improvement, are key drivers of FLEXI’s evolution and prestige.
